The Coronado at Pelican Bay Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is responsible for managing The Coronado. Unit owners elect a Board of Directors to govern the affairs of the Association; the Directors in turn appoint various Committees to assist.

The Condominium Association engages a General Manager to supervise the day-to-day affairs of the Coronado and the staff.
The General Manager works collaboratively with the Board of Directors and Committees to carry out the policies and practices established for the Association. Together they keep the Coronado well-maintained, financially stable, and forward-looking.
